Rain Drops Keep Fallin on your baby's head. It has a button on hood. It has a leash hole that is covered flap, and it has a real pocket to hold your plastic bags or treats. The hem line and the hood are both adjustable with a draw string to keep your pet warmer, and so that the coat does not drag on the ground. The outer garment fabric is a waterproof fabric, and the garment is lined with a soft net that will make your dog feel comfortable and room for movement. There are two rows of buttons to make the coat adjustable on the belly or underneath side.
